4 Cwmdu Close Fforest Fach SWANSEA SA5 8JP 1 Jan 2005 Phil Dennis Family Housing Wales Re Stage 2 Grievance Procedure Dear Sir,        I have been reflecting on our meeting on Monday, 20 December 2004. The part which is causing me a lot of queasiness, was the question of not interviewing the witnesses again, namely Wayne, Kevin Rees, and Jeff Cobley. Whilst it may appear that I may appear to be questioning your judgement in this case, I feel that I must put down in writing why I insist that you interview them. Firstly, to just interview Dave Jones, would cause great stress for him, because if you found anything questionable about Kevin Peter's role as supervisor, and disciplined him as a result, It could then appear to Kevin Peters that DJ has stated something derogatory about him, and result in Dave Jones being ostracised. Secondly, at Llys Y Pentre, that day, it was not a two second outburst by Kevin Peters, which could have been missed by the three caretakers, standing in a circle! This was a full blown verbal (and nearly physical) assault on me which lasted a while and witnessed not only by the caretakers, but by a large number of tenants and visitors to the site. Wayne (who was obviously embarrassed and agitated by the scene was pleading for it to stop), Jeff Cobley was even trying to cool the situation. To scream obsenities in an old persons complex is a civil wrong, he was also wearing The Family Housing uniform, so he was also bringing "FHA" into disrespect. So how was Kevin Peters exonerated? I can only surmise why: *Either the caretakers, were not questioned correctly (selective questioning). *The answers were not interpreted correctly *They may have thought that the secretary taking notes was a friend of Kevin Peters. So they were reluctant to speak. *It was not helped by everyone involved, assuming that I was not returning to work. They had to stay and face the....... *I also feel Stuart Thomas, should not have been involved in the questioning. If you need my reasons for this, I will list them in a different document. I want to see the end, of this affair, I simply want to go to work without any hastle or harrasment. Kevin Peters has done wrong, I want you to do a thorough investigation and acknowledge that fact. I am not really interested, if you punish him or not.  I simply, want the truth.   Yours sincerely Brian Morris
