Condemned to an Uncertain Future

It is known to cause cancer in animals and possibly humans. When applied,all people and pets must be kept out of the area. The person applying it must be well protected. After applying, it must be hosed over (watered) well, so the granules dissolve,and soak into the ground.
it is banned in some countries, but allowed in the UK.(2006)
(under very strict restrictions.)

No people should enter that ground for 24 Hours.
Any spillage onto hard surfaces should be carefully brushed up,
not to cause dust.
Be very carefull that no granules enter any manholes or waterways.

The Family Way (Family Housing Wales)
I and my workmates were ordered to put it directly on to the roads and parking areas.
Whilst children and pets walked by or played.
The granules blew around for weeks until it rained, then it got washed down the manholes.

It may be years before the effects show.
What has caused these atrocities people may ask ?.
like the sufferers of asbestos used to.

Christmas Eve 2009
This website does not make me happy. It is not on the internet to annoy myprevious management. They threatened to take me to court for Libel.
The only solution to my unhappines, is for FHA to prove without doubt, that what I have written on this site is WRONG.
Every time I do not feel well, (like today) I wonder is it due to the onset of old age and an inactive lifestyle. OR due to being exposed to Dichlobenil.
I just hope it is the former, because many many people were exposed to Dichlobenil.

Clos ty Tafol Llanelli
Unbelievable what we did.

The first site to be sprayed was Clos Ty Tafol near New Dock Street, Llanelly. Chris Williams, who was carrying out the spraying, was concerned that the quantity he was told to use seemed excessive.

JB told  him that it was correct as it had been calculated by Rob Stimpson and himself.

While Chris Williams, (under obvious distress)  was spraying, the rest of the team carried on cutting the lawns around the spraying area.

 At the end, of the grass cutting, the person with the blower, Paul, was blowing cut  grass and granules on to the lawn areas, until someone said, the granules cannot be good for the lawns.

A few days later we found out that senior management had got "Clos ty Tafol" confused with another much larger site. Clos Ty Tafol had been sprayed with TEN TIMES the recommended  dose.

Two weeks later on our next site visit, the granules were still there to be seen and they had gathered in various pockets around the site
